2020 BELGIAN RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP

The COVID-19 crisis forced racing series around the world to take a break. But now, motorsports is back and so is the Belgian Rally Championship, one of the most competitive national rally championships in Europe. To make up for all cancelled events, BRC organizers added the Rally Monteberg as a promo event to its schedule. Later this month, the famous ConXion Omloop van Vlaanderen with around 100 particiapnts takes place in the historical town of Roselare.

2020 GT WORLD CHALLENGE ASIA – SEPANG

The global COVID-19 pandemic delayed the launch of the 2020 GT World Challenge Asia, but the racing series is finally back for its fourth season. The action kicks off at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia. The 5.543-kilometer track is best known for hosting the Malaysian Grand Prix of the Formula One till 2017.

The Adac GT Masters, the grand tourer-style sports car racing founded by the German automobile club Adac, is back for its 14th season. Seven double-header events are scheduled for the 2020 season. The action kicks off with the event at Eurospeedway Lausitz followed by a race weekend at the infamous Nürburgring.

FIM TRIAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

The FIM Trial World Championship is the world’s most prestigious motorcycle trials championship. Due to the global COVID-19 crisis, the 2020 season features a shortened calender with only four events. Toni Bou returns to defend his world championship title.

GT WORLD CHALLENGE AMERICA – FINALE

13 October | Tuesday | 8:55pm (PH)

The 2020 GT World Challenge is back at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the final event of the season. Famously known as the Brickyard, the track hosts a variety of iconic races including the Indy 500 and NASCAR’s Brickyard 400. Now the track will determine who will become the new champion of the GT World Challenge America. To make the finale event even more exciting, the GT World Challenge America teams will battle the best International GT teams at this 8-hour race.

IMSA WEATHERTECH SPORTSCAR CAMPIONSHIP
CHARLOTTE MOTOR SPEEDWAY

This year, the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship doesn’t travel to Lime Rock Park. Instead, drivers and teams head to the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina and have 2-hour race on the road course. It’s the first major sports car race in Daytona since the year 2000, when the Grand Prix of Charlotte was part of the American Le Mans Series.

GT WORLD CHALLENGE EUROPE – 24 HOURS OF SPA

29 October | Thursday | 8:20pm (PH)

The Spa 24 Hours on the infamous Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium is one of the most iconic long-distance races for touring cars and GT sports cars. Originally founded in 1924, the race is now part of the GT World Challenge Europe. In 2020, it acts seventh and penultimate round of the season.

European Le Mans Series

The penultimate round of the 2020 European Le Mans Series and its sister series, the Michelin Le Mans Cup, takes drivers to one of the most famous race tracks in the world: the ‘Temple of Seed’ or better known as the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. The venue is located near Milan in Italy and its 5.793-kilometer Grand Prix circuit is one of the fastest race tracks in the world.
